What is the Excellentia Human Resources platform?

Excellentia uses an online platform to manage security personnel. It is a more organised and efficient way to align documentation and distribute work. The database can be used to instantly find and search for specific abilities. It complies with Excellentia’s internal screening policy. It enables us to source, allocate tasks and manage contractors directly within one platform.

How will I know about job opportunities?

You will receive an email request notification through the system. You can log in to your profile and view more details about the task and respond accordingly.

How does it Benefit me?

You have the control of your information.  You set up your own profile and upload your own documentation.
Your profile acts as a live job application form, you can edit your profile on the database and upload qualifications and experience as and when they are gained.  The system can be keyword searched for a specific skill so the more information we have about your skills, ability and experience the more chance you have of appearing in these searches. We can contact you through the platform and you can contact us easily.

What documentation does the system require from me?

  • SIA License
  • Proof of your Right to work in the UK (Eg passport)
  • Proof of Identity
  • Medical Qualification
  • DBS certificate

Why do you require so much information from me?

Its peace of mind for our Clients that all our Operators are carefully selected and screened to a high standard and the information we hold is up to date. Our contractors are ready to be deployed at short notice and have all documentation and agreements in place.
We can match your specific skills to tasks and client requirements.

It is a GDPR compliant, secure, online database for onboarding and storing operator’s recruitment information.

How do I get on the system?

Follow the apply now link on the work with us page on this website. You will be asked to upload your CV and answer a short questionnaire. If successful you will then be emailed an invitation to the Excellentia Human Resources Database.


What if I encounter problems when trying to use the system?

If you encounter any problems please do not worry, there is a friendly ear if you get stuck. We can arrange a call with you, at your convenience, to talk through any issues you may have with the process. We will be unable to consider you for any tasks if this process is not completed. Please contact us, we want you to complete your onboarding and be part of our system.
